#1 and #2 Top 10 French desserts

Hi F&B Lovers !Today I want to introduce you to my two favorite desserts.The first one is called Mont Blanc.

It is a french pastry very well known by the french and especially the parisian because the most famous Mont Blanc of France comes from a famous pastries restaurant named Angelina located in the 1st quarter of Paris on rue de Rivoli. Made of meringue, vanilla and chestnut, the texture is delicious, smooth on the top and crunchy on the bottom thanks to the meringue. If you ever go to Paris, you cant leave without having tried this fabulous dessert.

Offered as a dessert in some of the best Parisian restaurants, they can be eaten at every hour of the day, especially for the goter time as the french say, which can be assimilated to the tea-time.

Made out of two cookies filled by cream in the middle, macarons exist in plenty of flavors! My favorites are vanilla, pistachio, and raspberry. If you ever pass by a Ladure shop, you have to try one out!

Their macarons are the best I have ever tasted, and if you are not convinced by these little cookies, you can still try their pastries which are not only fabulously good-looking, but also very tasty!
