1. 04 Toyota 4Runner. Tire pressure sensor light on. Please help!?
If the tires are properly inflated, I would just reset the sensor. If you do not have a reset. Remove the negative cable from the battery, turn the key on, wait 1 min, turn the key back off, and then replace the cable. It may end up just being a faulty sensor.
2. What type of photo sensor/light combo best for detecting a falling drop of water?
Ancient thread, But I just came upon it today. Sweber post on light spectrum solve it for me.IR LED/IR phototransitor wo not detect a drop of water when these two are in front of each other. BUT placing these two inside a tube, at 45 angle from each other, and it works by detecting the reflection of IR light in the passing droplet.Pure genius
3. I have a 1986 nissan truck-the battery sensor light is on , WHY?
regarding the battery ,you have to check the alternator,to check if it is recharging the batter start the truck and then remove the red positive cable from the car (while it is operating) if the truck goes off then the alternator is in fault, you do not need to change the hole thing I suppose just the carbon rods or node whatever they call,we you shut off your truck and still runs gallops they call this back fire and it mean your truck is having excess fuel input to the carburator need tune up
4. I need my sensor light to shut off during the day and it don't anymore how do I reset it?
If it's on a switch try turning the switch off for two to three minutes and turning it back on. Some of these units have a feature that if you turn it off and then on quickly it over rides the sensor and just leaves the light on. You must turn it off for a few minutes and it will re-set.
5. Photo sensor light goes out when using outlet on same circut.... More?
The photo sensor night lights have electronics in them to control the light. It is being affected by electrical noise spikes on the power line generated by the brushes in the motor of the electric drill or saw. If you do not need the tools and the night light at the same time, do not worry about it. If you do, get a manual night light at a discount store
6. My tire sensor light was not on until I had it serviced now my light is on, could they have accidently done this while rotating my tires?
Usually there are two lights:TPMS system errorLow tire pressure errorCheck your manual to see which of the two lights is on; if it's the first, then yes the TMPS system could have gotten disturbed by the tire rotation and could just need a reset (most tire places will do for free). If it's the second, then check your tire pressure against the recommended pressure on the pillar sticker of your driver side doorwell. My tire sensor light was not on until I had it serviced now my light is on, could they have accidently done this while rotating my tires?.

With a tone ring that is cracked or missing a tooth the AWD will not function as long as the ABS light is on. The AWD utilizes that ring as well to control the function of the traction control
