I really like Transformers War for Cybertron :D You only fly if your a jet though but you can choose your class(on multiplayer). Also any Transformers game you can do the same but on story mode you only can choose the given Autobots/Descepticons so you can not always fly, but WFC's multiplayer is really fun though :D(I have not tryed Dark of the Moon yet). Sorry if you do not like Transformers though because I do not know any others :/.
