Which Is Best - Underwater Flash Or LED Light?

I think I was one of the first people around to start using LED light for underwater photography on a regular basis. I found it very natural due to my history with constant light in the photo studios and I even went on a Liveaboard for a week, without bringing a flash! (tricky… but fun).

is there a friut in which the skin is eaten & not the flash?

I am a former chef and worked in the Far east there are several there, one that is available here is known as the Kaffir lime, the rind is edible and there is no real flesh or juice it is almost all peel. There is also one used in baking called the citron, it grows to be the size of a grapefruit, and it is use for fruitcakes and other baked goods. Kumquats are mostly peel very little flesh, in Japan the Yuzu is used in juice and peel form it can be salted, preserved or in juice form only, not alot of fruit is just peel but there are a few, you just have to look around.

Yes, it can. It works like any other drive. Just make sure you are running Antivirus software. There are plenty of free choices out there

Best USB flash drive for $20???

Sandsik Cruzer, Fast, well built, and Sandisk are one of the best brnads for portable storage. however make sure it is not a U3 type drive, the U3 features are only useful for certian people. Do not get a really high capacity drive for a lwo price as it will run very slow, and will probs break ina few months, losing all your data, as hte memory controller is sually missing/cheap type.

What are some alternatives to flash drives?

I have banned flash drives from school computers. I disabled removable media in the OS physically. Any similar technology would be seen the same and be equally useless to you, because any similar technology would be taken advantage of by a Virus in the same way. The virus does not know a USB flash drive or floppy disk from a SD memory chip, portable hard drive or other removable media. I recommend Email to you. Why? Because your school can scan Email for viruses before you get it, and you can not boot off an Email. ;) If your files are big, look for on-line file storage like DropBox, or MyDataNest. ;) Again, the school Proxy should scan for viruses. However, they should not allow you to "run programs" from anywhere except places you cannot save. Otherwise, they not only open them-self to viruses, but also to lawsuits for copyright infringement. The are not licensed for you to run your software on their computers. ;) Do not bring programs into school. If you need something for your course, set out your case and ask them to get it licensed and installed by their engineers for you.

According to stats, only 0.01% of people wear them in everyday life.If people are interested in your service, they will enable js, install flash, change browser, do what they need to get what you offer. Those who disable js are not disabling it for the sake of not using web sites. They disable js to lower security risk/block ads when js is not needed.So it's absolutely ok.

DSLR camera help: Canon, Sony, or Nikon??

first, leave the sony- since the evolution of dslr's canon and nikon have been major players. I got a d80 a month back and it seems to the best dslr ever. It should be better if u get VR lens since u say that u will be taking pics in the night w/o flash. Also, the nikons r actually planning to bring in a new range of dslrs by nov.......so, get it if it is very urgent

I'm going to be a photographer for a wedding in Guatemala this July Please advise what film to?

If you are dealing with the traditional black tux and white wedding dress situation, there are a lot of good high contrast B&W films out there. Try TMax400 CN for starters. If it's bright and outdoors, try the 100 version. If you are shooting any color shots, I like Fuji NPH 400...almost no noticeable grain. If your film is not high contrast enough to cover the range, meter to get the wedding dress white...a photo with a white wedding dress and a grey tux is better than a photo of a black tux and a grey wedding dress (brides tend to be more particular than the grooms)...do a spot reading on the dress, then compensate 2-3 stops of overexposure to get it white (you might want to bracket). If you are using flash, be sure to diffuse or bounce your light...direct light looks horrible on a shiny wedding dress. For an inexpensive wateproofing setup, consider the aquapacs (link below)...but I do not think you will be able to fit a flash in there. You might also want to consider one of those x-ray proof film bags for those scans at the airport; however, with low ISO films, it probably wo not be an issue if it's unprotected. Have fun!
